โš  Template notice. This document is an engineering-team draft for context, not legal counsel. Before charging customers in any jurisdiction, please have a qualified attorney review and adapt these Terms to your entity, governing-law, and the regulatory regime you operate under (GDPR, DPDP, CCPA, etc.). Replace every [Your legal entity name] placeholder before publishing.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DevHive ("Service"), operated by [Your legal entity name] ("we", "us", "DevHive"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

0. Your code, your copyright

You retain all intellectual-property rights in any code, configuration, or other material you submit to DevHive ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable licence to process Customer Content solely as necessary to operate the Service for you (clone, parse, embed, summarise, draft documentation, deliver answers to your authenticated chat sessions). We do not use Customer Content to train models, sell it to third parties, or share it across tenants. We do not claim authorship of any wiki page, graph node, or chat answer derived from your code โ€” those derivative works belong to you. The licence ends when you delete your account; we will purge Customer Content within 30 days.
