Terms of Service

Effective date: May 2, 2026 · Last updated: July 18, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Enhanciar ("Service"), operated by Enhanciar ("we", "us", "Enhanciar"), Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

0. Your code, your copyright

You retain all intellectual-property rights in any code, configuration, or other material you submit to Enhanciar ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable licence to process Customer Content solely as necessary to operate the Service for you (clone, parse, embed, summarise, draft documentation, deliver answers to your authenticated chat sessions). We do not use Customer Content to train models, sell it to third parties, or share it across tenants. We do not claim authorship of any wiki page, graph node, or chat answer derived from your code — those derivative works belong to you. The licence ends when you delete your account; we will purge Customer Content within 30 days.

1. The service

Enhanciar ingests the sources you authorize — GitHub repositories, issues and pull requests; websites you point us at; Slack; Google Gmail, Drive and Calendar; Notion, Jira, Confluence, Linear and Zendesk; WhatsApp; databases; and files you upload — and produces queryable wikis, knowledge graphs, and AI-generated answers. Enhanciar is bring-your-own-key: answers, enrichment, and reviews are generated using an AI provider whose API key you supply (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, Ollama Cloud, or a custom OpenAI-compatible endpoint). Some lightweight tasks may use our server-side Google Gemini key when you have not set your own. Output is AI-generated; we don't guarantee it's accurate or complete.

The Service also includes: an AI Code Review GitHub App that reads a pull request and posts an AI-generated review back to it; an MCP server and REST API that let external clients query your knowledge base using Enhanciar API keys you issue; and connectors you manage in Settings → Integrations. You are responsible for the credentials and API keys you provide, for any usage and charges they incur with the underlying provider, and for complying with that provider's terms.

2. Your account

3. Plans, payment, and renewal

4. Cancellation and refunds

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Enhanciar to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

6. Export and deletion

Your ownership of and our limited licence to your code and content are covered in section 0 above. To act on that at any time:

7. AI output disclaimer

The wiki, graph, chat answers, and AI Code Review comments are AI-generated. They may be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, and an AI review is advisory only — it does not replace human review or your own testing. Verify before relying on any output for production decisions, merges, or releases. We are not liable for damages caused by acting on AI output.

7a. Your data and API keys

How we handle the data you connect is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: content from your connected sources is sent to the AI provider whose key you configure (or, for some lightweight tasks, our server-side Google Gemini key) to generate results, and — for AI Code Review — a generated review is posted back to your GitHub pull request. You are responsible for keeping your API keys and any Enhanciar API keys (dh_…) secure; anyone holding a valid key can query your knowledge base until you revoke it in Settings.

8. Service availability

We don't promise a specific uptime percentage on the Solo or Team plans, though we try hard to keep the Service available. Maintenance windows may cause brief disruptions. Enterprise customers can request a written SLA.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or ₹10,000, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profits damages.

10. Termination

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll email you about material changes 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect = acceptance. The current version always lives at this URL.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
