Terms of Service
Effective date: May 2, 2026 · Last updated: July 18, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Enhanciar ("Service"), operated by Enhanciar ("we", "us", "Enhanciar"), Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
0. Your code, your copyright
You retain all intellectual-property rights in any code, configuration, or other material you submit to Enhanciar ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable licence to process Customer Content solely as necessary to operate the Service for you (clone, parse, embed, summarise, draft documentation, deliver answers to your authenticated chat sessions). We do not use Customer Content to train models, sell it to third parties, or share it across tenants. We do not claim authorship of any wiki page, graph node, or chat answer derived from your code — those derivative works belong to you. The licence ends when you delete your account; we will purge Customer Content within 30 days.
1. The service
Enhanciar ingests the sources you authorize — GitHub repositories, issues and pull requests; websites you point us at; Slack; Google Gmail, Drive and Calendar; Notion, Jira, Confluence, Linear and Zendesk; WhatsApp; databases; and files you upload — and produces queryable wikis, knowledge graphs, and AI-generated answers. Enhanciar is bring-your-own-key: answers, enrichment, and reviews are generated using an AI provider whose API key you supply (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, Ollama Cloud, or a custom OpenAI-compatible endpoint). Some lightweight tasks may use our server-side Google Gemini key when you have not set your own. Output is AI-generated; we don't guarantee it's accurate or complete.
The Service also includes: an AI Code Review GitHub App that reads a pull request and posts an AI-generated review back to it; an MCP server and REST API that let external clients query your knowledge base using Enhanciar API keys you issue; and connectors you manage in Settings → Integrations. You are responsible for the credentials and API keys you provide, for any usage and charges they incur with the underlying provider, and for complying with that provider's terms.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
- On the Solo tier, one account is for one natural person and may not be shared. The Team tier covers up to the stated number of members.
3. Plans, payment, and renewal
- Paid plans (Solo and Team) are recurring subscriptions billed via Razorpay, available monthly or annually (annual is discounted). Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each cycle using the payment mandate (e.g. UPI Autopay or card/net-banking e-mandate) you authorize, until you cancel.
- We do not offer a free trial. Paid features are provisioned as soon as your subscription is active.
- An optional one-time Early Access Pass may be offered. It grants early access, is credited toward your first subscription, and carries a standing discount as described at purchase. Its refund terms are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- All charges are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices shown in other currencies on the website are indicative; the amount charged is the INR amount listed at checkout.
- We may change prices for future billing cycles with notice; your current cycle is not affected.
- Payment receipts and invoices are available to download any time from Settings → Billing inside the app.
4. Cancellation and refunds
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the cycle you've already paid for.
- No refunds for the current billing cycle or for partially-used periods. Cancelling prevents future charges only.
- If we materially break the Service for more than 24 hours, contact support@enhanciar.in for a pro-rated credit at our discretion.
- Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Enhanciar to:
- Ingest code, messages, or data you don't have the right to access
- Connect a source or database without authorization from its owner
- Reverse-engineer or scrape the Service in ways that overload it
- Run security tests against the Service without prior written consent
- Generate content that infringes IP, defames others, or violates law
- Share your Enhanciar API keys with others, or use the MCP server / REST API to circumvent your plan limits
- Resell or sublicense access without our written agreement
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
6. Export and deletion
Your ownership of and our limited licence to your code and content are covered in section 0 above. To act on that at any time:
- Export everything as a zip from Settings → Export — wiki, graph, and your data.
- Delete everything from Settings → Delete account; we purge Customer Content within 30 days.
7. AI output disclaimer
The wiki, graph, chat answers, and AI Code Review comments are AI-generated. They may be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, and an AI review is advisory only — it does not replace human review or your own testing. Verify before relying on any output for production decisions, merges, or releases. We are not liable for damages caused by acting on AI output.
7a. Your data and API keys
How we handle the data you connect is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: content from your connected sources is sent to the AI provider whose key you configure (or, for some lightweight tasks, our server-side Google Gemini key) to generate results, and — for AI Code Review — a generated review is posted back to your GitHub pull request. You are responsible for keeping your API keys and any Enhanciar API keys (dh_…) secure; anyone holding a valid key can query your knowledge base until you revoke it in Settings.
8. Service availability
We don't promise a specific uptime percentage on the Solo or Team plans, though we try hard to keep the Service available. Maintenance windows may cause brief disruptions. Enterprise customers can request a written SLA.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or ₹10,000, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profits damages.
10. Termination
- You can terminate at any time — Settings → Delete account.
- We can terminate accounts for violation of these Terms with reasonable notice (or immediately for serious violations).
- On termination, your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We'll email you about material changes 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect = acceptance. The current version always lives at this URL.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
