How to search Slack, Gmail, Google Drive and Jira in one place
The answer to “what did we tell this customer?” is usually split four ways: a Slack thread, an email, a doc and a ticket. Here is how to search them together.
Option 1: search each app separately
Slack search with from: and in:, Gmail operators such as from: and has:attachment, Drive’s search box and Jira’s JQL all work, and they cost nothing extra. The problem is that you run four searches, in four syntaxes, and stitch the answer together yourself. It works for one person who knows where to look; it doesn’t work for a new hire.
Option 2: an enterprise search tool
Tools like Glean, GoSearch, Onyx and Notion’s Enterprise Search index many apps behind one search box and an AI chat, and cite where answers came from. They differ mainly in price, how many apps they connect and where they run (see the table).
Option 3: a company brain that also does the follow-up
Enhanciar reads Slack, Gmail, Google Drive, Jira and more into one cited wiki and knowledge graph. Ask “what did we promise Acme about SSO, and when?” and it answers with links to the email, the Slack thread and the ticket. Then say “open a Jira issue for it” or “draft the reply”: the draft waits in an Actions queue until a person approves it. Gmail replies stay in Drafts; it never sends.
Tools that search all four.

Set it up in Enhanciar
- Sign up at enhanciar.in and pick a plan (Solo $24/month, Team $100/month for up to 10 people).
- Paste an AI key from Google (Gemini), OpenAI or Anthropic. It takes a few minutes on the provider’s site.
- Connect the places your team writes things down: Slack, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Notion, Confluence, Jira, Linear, Zendesk, GitHub or a database.
- Ask the ten questions people asked most last month. Every answer links to where it came from, so you can check it.
- Add the Slack bot so people can ask where they already work, and connect Claude or Cursor over MCP.

Things people ask.
Is there one search for Slack, Gmail, Google Drive and Jira?
Yes. AI search tools such as Enhanciar, Glean, GoSearch, Onyx and Notion AI (Business plan) connect all four and answer with links to the sources.
Can Slack search my Gmail and Jira?
Slack’s built-in search covers Slack. To ask across Gmail, Drive and Jira too, connect them to a tool that reads all of them; Enhanciar also answers inside Slack when you @mention it.
What is the cheapest way to search Slack, Gmail, Drive and Jira together?
Self-hosting Onyx has no licence fee but you run the servers. Among hosted tools, Enhanciar Solo is $24 a month and Team is $100 a month for up to 10 people, flat, plus your own AI usage; most others charge about $20 per user a month.
Will the tool see private channels or other people's email?
Enhanciar is permission-aware: each person only gets answers built from material they can already see. Its Slack bot reads only channels it is invited to and does not request DM history.
How much does Enhanciar cost?
Solo is $24 a month and Team is $100 a month for up to 10 people (one flat price, not per seat), billed monthly; Enterprise is custom. Every plan is paid, and you bring your own Gemini, OpenAI or Anthropic key and pay that provider directly; Enhanciar adds $0 on AI usage.
