1. You get a key
From Google (Gemini), OpenAI or Anthropic. It is like a prepaid account with the AI company. Takes a few minutes.
2. You paste it in
Enhanciar stores it encrypted and uses it only to answer your team's questions. It is never logged.
3. They bill you, at cost
The AI company charges you their list price. We add $0. Our only charge is the flat plan above.
Why we do it this way: most AI tools buy the AI and resell it to you in credits, with a margin on top. That is why their bills are hard to predict. With your own key, you see exactly what the AI costs, and you can set your own limits with the provider.
What does one question cost on your own key?
An honest estimate, with the assumption stated so you can redo the maths.

Prices are the providers' published list prices when we wrote this (October 2026) and they change. Check your provider's pricing page for current numbers. Maths: (8,000 × input price + 600 × output price) ÷ 1,000,000.

Questions
What does "bring your own key" mean?
Enhanciar uses an AI model (from Google, OpenAI or Anthropic) to read your sources and write answers. Instead of us buying that AI and reselling it to you with a markup, you paste in your own key from one of those providers. They bill you directly at their normal price. We charge only the flat plan price.
Do I need to be technical to get a key?
No. Getting a key takes a few minutes on the provider's website: sign in, create a key, copy it, paste it into Enhanciar. The setup guide in our docs walks through it step by step.
How much will the AI cost me on top of the plan?
It depends on how many questions your team asks and which model you choose. On our stated assumption below, a typical question costs well under a cent on a fast model and a few cents on a top model. You can set spending limits with your provider, and Team includes a cost dashboard with hard caps.
Is there a free trial?
Not yet. Enhanciar is in early access, and we let people in from the waitlist in small batches. There is also a public demo on the homepage that needs no sign-up.
Is the Team price per person?
No. Team is one flat price for up to 10 people: $80 a month billed yearly, or $100 month to month. It is not multiplied by the number of people.
Do you train AI on my data?
No. Your content goes to the AI provider under your own key, and we never use it to train any model. You can export or delete a workspace at any time.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from billing settings. See the refunds page for the exact rules.
Do you have SOC 2?
No, not yet. Enhanciar is built and run by a solo founder. The security page explains exactly what we do and do not do today.
